The book is not just about playing golf, but about things that we can learn by playing golf. This book is written to show readers how powerful subconscious mind is, and what one can achieve just by right mind setting.When playing golf, one can come around many hazards and bunkers. It is all about going out and experimenting for yourself. The game shouldn't be taken too seriously, there are the days when you will hit the ball great and there are the days that ou won't be so great. But, that's the life!This book is great mind opener to the things that are really possible to achieve. I agree that once we start making progress in life, we feel the happiest. If we are not, than the reason is that we are not growing the way we should and it fels like dying inside.

It does have tips for golfers and beginners in that sport, but it focuses mainly on mental aspect of the game. There are not any strategies or training for getting better at golf, but there is advice on how to improve concentration, focus, calm and other mental activities crucial for the game of golf. To be fair, in the title of the book says it is a "mindset coaching" book, but I can see how some of the people are disappointed. After all, you expect something about the game itself if it has golf in a title and on the cover.I give it a good rating because the stuff that is in the book I find very helpful and well-written. It definitely has value.
