By james benjamin This book has no pictures , just a list of exercise listed that you can found online for free , also some of the information included in this book is hilarious : ''You will need to eat three meals a day.'' in tips or ''If you need to snack, eat light popcorn'' ??? If you consume 15 chips a day it is equivalent to a small bag of chips, which is 150 calories. This will make you gain 15 pounds in one year.??Is this a joke ??The only good part is the number of exercise listed ,but without pictures it will be difficult to apply theses exercises .

I found this one to be a great overview and introduction to weight lifting in a short period of time, which is important to many people. It's also especially great when you don't need to go to the gym or buy expensive equipment. This is a good book for anyone looking to learn how to build their body in about 20 minutes each day.
